"Thé driver was on time but the customer service was not great as I tried to call you several times so as to change the arrival time but impossible to get through - just a recorded announcement stating that we should leave a message. I left a clear message with my reference code, name and address asking d’or a different arrival time but the driver said he had not been informed. This is not good enough for an airport taxi service where flight times can change etc. "
